Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Professional to lead and support Vendor Management System (VMS) implementations, with a focus on Beeline and SAP Fieldglass. This role will be responsible for driving organizational adoption, minimizing resistance, and ensuring a seamless transition during VMS deployments and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, training, and communications related to workforce solutions and contingent workforce programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies for VMS implementations, ensuring smooth adoption of Beeline and Fieldglass.
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify organizational, process, and role changes resulting from the implementation.
  • Create and implement communication plans, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project.
  • Design and deliver training programs and materials to educate users on new processes and system functionalities.
  • Partner with business leaders, procurement, HR, and IT teams to align change management initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns by facilitating workshops, feedback sessions, and ongoing support.
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure adoption, effectiveness, and overall impact of the change.
  • Provide post-implementation support and reinforcement to ensure long-term success of the VMS integration.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Change Management, preferably within VMS implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with Beeline and/or SAP Fieldglass is required.
  • Strong understanding of contingent workforce programs and vendor management processes.
  • Experience with Prosci, ADKAR, or other change management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with business, IT, HR, and procurement teams.
  • Proficiency in creating training materials, presentations, and process documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Change Management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent).
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex workforce structures.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles.
