Job Title: SuccessFactors Compensation Management & Variable Pay Functional Consultant

Location: All across India

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO)

Job Summary: A seasoned SAP SuccessFactors expert with 8+ years of experience and at least 3 full life cycle implementations is required. The ideal candidate will have expertise in gathering requirements, analyzing, designing, and implementing SuccessFactors Compensation Management / Variable Pay solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in configuring Compensation Management/ Variable Pay for global business requirements.
  • Handle country-specific requirements.
  • Design and integrate high-level solution designs.
  • Define and manage deliverables for functional teams to meet engagement objectives.
  • Be a hands-on application expert and prepare/review project deliverables.
  • Apply best practices on projects based on experience and consultation with experts.
  • Develop reusable accelerators/enablers for SuccessFactors.
  • Configure guidelines, build complex rules, budget rules, lookup tables, route maps, and reward statements.
  • Develop EC integrated compensation.
  • Integrate Performance Management, Employee Central, and Calibration.
  • Propose solutions to businesses and design functional and technical solutions.
  • Integrate external market data with compensation templates.
  • Extensively work with XML.
  • Certification in Compensation Management/ Variable Pay is mandatory.
