Senior Oracle Primavera Unifier Consultant

Job Summary:We are seeking a Senior Oracle Primavera Unifier Consultant (Architect Level) to design, implement, and lead complex Unifier solutions for enterprise-level capital project and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical expertise in Unifier, strong architectural design skills, and experience integrating with Primavera P6, ERP, and other enterprise systems.Key Responsibilities:- Lead solution architecture and end-to-end implementation of Oracle Primavera Unifier. - Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design business processes, and configure Unifier modules (Business Processes, Shells, Workflows, Forms, and Reports). - Design and implement Unifier data structures, BP configurations, and permission models. - Develop custom integrations between Unifier and other enterprise applications (Primavera P6, Oracle ERP Cloud, EBS, SAP, etc.). - Lead migration and upgrade activities for Unifier environments. - Provide technical and functional leadership to project teams throughout the SDLC. - Prepare and deliver technical design documents, system architecture diagrams, and solution blueprints. - Ensure best practices, performance optimization, and security compliance in Unifier configurations. - Conduct training sessions, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support. - Work collaboratively with Oracle Support, internal teams, and clients for issue resolution and enhancements.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - 10+ years of total IT experience, with 5+ years in Oracle Primavera Unifier (implementation + architecture). - Strong understanding of Unifier architecture, data model, and design principles. - Expertise in Unifier Business Processes (BPs) – setup, configuration, workflows, custom forms, data cubes, and reports. - Hands-on experience with Primavera P6, Oracle BI Publisher, and Unifier Integration using Web Services / REST APIs. - Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and database concepts. - Strong background in enterprise project controls, capital planning, or construction management domains. - Excellent communication, client management, and documentation skills. - Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver projects in agile or waterfall methodologies.Preferred / Nice-to-Have:- Oracle Primavera Unifier Certified Implementation Specialist certification. - Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). - Exposure to Autovue, Primavera Analytics, or P6 EPPM integration. - Experience in Aconex, EcoSys, or other project controls tools.
