The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java-based backend development along with hands-on experience in React.js for frontend development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work Responsibilities :- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable backend services using Java / Spring Boot.- Design and implement responsive and dynamic front-end applications using React.js.- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-performing solutions.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.- Follow Agile development methodologies and best Skills and Qualifications :- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.- Strong programming experience in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs.- Proficient in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.- Experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL or Oracle.- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.- Knowledge of build tools like Maven / Gradle and CI/CD pipelines.- Good understanding of web performance and optimization techniques.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and collaboration Qualifications :- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker / Kubernetes.- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, etc.).
