Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7 to 8 years of expertise in financial management, taxation, auditing, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS).
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to drive business efficiency.
  • Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, and corporate tax filings.
  • Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and implement financial controls.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
  • Optimize cash flow, working capital, and cost control measures.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for business growth.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from ICAI.
  • 7 to 8 years of experience in financial management, auditing, and taxation.
  • Strong knowledge of Ind-AS, GST laws, Income Tax Act, and Companies Act.
  • Proficiency in Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, and advanced MS Excel.
  • Experience in handling statutory and internal audits.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
