Dear Candidate,
We are excited to announce a job opportunity for a chartered accountant to join our team at Tripify India. As we prepare for our SME IPO filing and other secretarial work, we are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to lead our accounting and compliance efforts.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 1-4 years of experience to handle our SME IPO filing, secretarial work, and other accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, auditing, and compliance, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file SME IPO documents with the relevant regulatory authorities
- Handle secretarial work, including drafting and filing of annual returns, quarterly compliance, and other regulatory filings
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and financial statements
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and management, to ensure seamless execution of accounting and compliance tasks
- Provide guidance and support on accounting and compliance matters to junior team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
- 1-4 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or compliance, preferably in an SME or startup environment
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
