Drive process improvements and automation initiatives. Strong leadership and team management skills. Expertise in ITSM tools (ServiceNow). In-depth knowledge of ITIL framework. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and escalations. Experience in reporting and KPI management.
