Job Title: Retail/QSR Functional Consultant. Location: Bengaluru. Employment Type: Full-Time. Role Overview. We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail/QSR Functional Consultant to lead business transformation initiatives across retail and quick-service restaurant (QSR) operations. You'll bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving customer engagement, operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Discovery:- Conduct workshops to understand client pain points, business processes, reporting & dashboarding needs.- Translate business requirements into functional specifications. Techno Functional Aspects:.- Translate the functional specifications derived from the workshop to a technical fit document.- Identify & highlight feature/reporting/dashboarding gaps.- Collaborate with technical teams to configure and deploy systems aligned with business goals. Stakeholder Collaboration:- Act as a trusted advisor to marketing, operations, and IT teams.- Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology roadmap. Effective Onboarding:- Ensure all functional specifications are deployed in the software (reports, dashboards, models, audiences etc).- Train super users of our clients on the platform.- Explain the support mechanism and set cadences for support / business related queries. Required Skills & Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in retail or QSR consulting, business analysis, or solution delivery.- Strong understanding of retail/QSR operations: POS, loyalty, CRM, inventory, and customer experience.- Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools & how they function.- Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g , Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics) is preferred.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.- Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments. Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with omnichannel retail or QSR transformation projects.- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and API integrations.
