If you're someone who can translate long-term goals into actionable short-term plans and are excited to be part of a hands-on, creative environment, we’d love to hear from you.As part of a close-knit team, you'll work directly with the founder/creative director, gaining firsthand experience in growing and scaling a purpose-driven business in the fashion industry.Key Responsibilities- Vendor & Artisan Management: Source fabrics and trims; maintain a database of vendors and artisans. - Supply Chain Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality control. - Inventory Oversight: Monitor and manage current inventory levels across product lines. - Merchandising & Retail Liaison: Coordinate with store representatives; support merchandising efforts. - Market & Product Research: Analyze viability for new product lines and expansion opportunities. - Performance Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports with actionable insights. - Creative Support (Bonus): Assist with shoot planning and social media coordination as needed.Who You Are- 1+ years of experience in operations; experience in fashion labels is a plus. - Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Textile Management or similar. - Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Tally. - Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu. - Skilled at managing multiple product lines and allocating resources effectively. - A strategic and analytical thinker who can turn broad visions into detailed plans.To apply, please reach out with your CV/resume and a message about why you would be a good fit for the role.Email: anamikaananthofficial@gmail.comPhone: +91 9346286179
