**Job Title**: Executive Assistant to the Owner - Fashion Brand (Startup)

**Location**: South Delhi - Shahpur Jat / South Ex

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**About Us**:
We are a dynamic and growing **fashion startup**, and we are looking for a highly motivated **Executive Assistant** to work directly with the **Owner**. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of a creative and fast-paced environment, assisting in business operations, client coordination, and social media management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist and coordinate with the **Owner** in daily business activities.
- Manage client communication efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Handle administrative tasks, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Work on **Excel** for data management, inventory tracking, and reports.
- Oversee and manage the brand’s **Instagram** and other social media platforms.
- Support in marketing and brand promotion activities.
- Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Ensure smooth business operations with a proactive and problem-solving approach.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Must be proficient in MS Excel** (data entry, reporting, and analysis).
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills** to handle clients effectively.
- Knowledge of **Instagram and social media marketing** strategies.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Prior experience in a **startup or fashion industry** is a plus but not mandatory.

- **Location**: South Delhi (Shahpur Jat / South Ex).
