We're Hiring: Marketing & Communications (New Delhi)

Join a leading name in HVAC, cleanroom solutions, and air filtration systems, and play a key role in shaping our brand presence across online and offline channels.

Location: NSP, Pitampura, New Delhi

Industry : HVAC

Salary – up to 12 LPA

Experience Required- 5–7 years' experience in marketing within a manufacturing, engineering, or B2B industrial domain (HVAC/cleanroom solutions preferred).

What You'll Do:


• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to boost brand visibility.


• Build and manage our presence across social media platforms.


• Coordinate marketing activities for trade shows and exhibitions.


• Conduct market research and analyze data to improve lead generation.


• Maintain and update the company website, track analytics, and optimize performance.


• Identify PR opportunities and develop tools for internal and external communication.


• Collaborate with sales and other teams for cohesive brand messaging.

What We're Looking For:


• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred).


• 5–7 years' experience in marketing within a manufacturing, engineering, or B2B industrial domain (HVAC/cleanroom solutions preferred).


• Strong knowledge of marketing tools, analytics platforms, and campaign metrics.


• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).


• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
