Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and market expansion.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and other relevant metrics to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the freight, logistics, or supply chain industry.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
