Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in New Delhi.

- The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

- Day-to-day tasks include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize sales efforts.

- The Sales Manager will also provide feedback to help improve products and services.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales management, market analysis, and customer relationship management.

- Strong strategic planning, business development, and negotiation skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a sales team.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
