We’re on the hunt for a part-time Accountant & Admin to help us stay on top of our finances while keeping our office running smoothly.On the Finance side:Prep financial statements and reportsHandle audits and keep us compliant with tax regulationsManage accounts payable/receivableTrack budgets and support financial forecastingReconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of recordsOn the Admin side:Keep the office running like clockwork with day-to-day admin supportMaintain financial + non-financial records in an organized wayCoordinate with vendors, service providers, and external partnersHelp with scheduling, correspondence, and meeting prepPitch in with HR basics like attendance and employee documentationSupport the management team wherever neededWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or similar fieldCA Foundation cleared (nice to have, not a must)Experience in financial statements, auditing, and accountsStrong with budgeting, forecasting, and ExcelComfortable juggling both numbers and admin tasksDetail-oriented but also flexible and proactiveBonus: experience in the business or entertainment industryWhy Backstage Dynamics?We design and deliver the technology that powers live entertainment — blending creativity with engineering excellence.
