Role Purpose:

The Commercial Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing all sales operations and reporting efforts in Indonesia. This role involves cooperation with the sales team to accelerate BDx’s business growth by developing significant new business and managing the existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Ownership: Take ownership and ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Customer Support: Ensure relationships with existing clients, catering to their needs and translating them to the internal team for a smooth delivery process.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development or similar sales operations roles.
  • Skills: Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, proactive, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Technologies: Data analysis tools (Power BI), visualisation tools (Tableau, Alteryx), Salesforce.com, MS Office suite.
  • Languages: Fluent in English
  • Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge about the Data Center/IT Infrastructure industry.
