We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 CE Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Azure Cloud development. This role is crucial for designing, developing, and implementing robust solutions, integrating with third-party systems, and providing expert consultation to clients in a remote work Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), leveraging core technical components.

- Utilize D365 CE technical capabilities including Workflows, Plugins, JavaScript, jQuery, TypeScript, C#, CSS, Web API, and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) for custom development.

- Develop and manage solutions on the Azure Full Stack, demonstrating strong knowledge of cloud development principles and services.

- Develop and maintain complex Plugins to extend D365 CE functionality, ensuring performance and scalability.

- Design, build, and optimize Power Automate flows and other components within the Power Platform to automate business processes.

- Lead and execute integrations with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality between D365 CE and external applications.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing and deployment.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues within D365 CE and integrated systems, providing timely and effective resolutions.

- Collaborate closely with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Contribute to technical documentation, including solution designs, architectural diagrams, and deployment guides.

- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 6 years of experience as a D365 CE Technical Consultant.

- D365 CE Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in D365 CE technical aspects including Workflows, Plugins (minimum 3 years required), JavaScript (preferred 3 years), jQuery (preferred 3 years), TypeScript, C#, CSS, Web API, and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).

- Cloud Development : Strong knowledge and practical experience in Cloud Development, specifically with Azure Full Stack.

- Power Platform : Expertise on Plugins, Power Automate flows (preferred 4 years), and the broader Power Platform (preferred 4 years).

- Integrations : Good knowledge and experience of integrations with third-party systems.

- Communication : Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent customer-facing abilities.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

- Certifications : Having certifications on Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure is desirable.

- Collaboration : Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
