Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic and talented fresh graduates to join our team as QA Software Testers for global projects. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in software quality assurance, where you will work with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic and supportive environment.

You will undergo a 6-month training and probation period. Based on your performance during this time, you will be considered for a full-time position. During the probation period, you will receive a stipend.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Participate in the design and development of detailed test strategies for various software products to ensure they meet our client's specifications and high-quality standards.
  • Execute test plans and scripts to detect bugs, verify functionality, and ensure the accuracy of software systems.
  • Log and document bugs in the tracking system and work closely with the software development team to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand product requirements and develop appropriate test methodologies.
  • Assist in the maintenance and improvement of automated test scripts and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with general programming best practices, accepted web standards, and those standards set forth by upstream sources.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on how to improve the QA process.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Automation scripting knowledge with Selenium or equivalent automation tool.
  • Familiarity with programming or scripting languages is a plus.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum development processes.

 

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
  • A good understanding of SQL and scripting.
