Job Overview

We are seeking a Floor Coordinator Trainee to join our team in Mumbai. This internship position is designed for freshers interested in gaining experience in hospital administration and patient coordination. The role requires no prior work experience and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment within our state-of-the-art facility.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must possess excellent patient coordination skills to ensure effective communication and smooth operations within the hospital. (Mandatory skill)
  • Capable of handling hospital administration tasks efficiently, including scheduling and coordination of patient services. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with patients, hospital staff, and visitors effectively. (Mandatory skill)
  • Knowledge of customer service principles to deliver high-quality support to patients and their families.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to the needs of a bustling hospital setting.
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to follow hospital protocols and procedures accurately.
  • Proficient in using basic computer software and hospital management systems for administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrates professionalism with a patient-centric approach and respect for confidentiality in all interactions.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating and managing patient flow and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery on the hospital floor.
  • Provide support in hospital administration tasks such as appointment scheduling, registration, and maintaining patient records.
  • Act as a liaison between patients, families, and hospital departments to resolve issues and enhance patient experience.
  • Ensure patient satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service in all interactions.
  • Support the communication between healthcare providers and patients to facilitate proper care and follow-up.
  • Monitor and report any issues related to hospital operations to the senior coordinator or management promptly.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge related to hospital administration.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with hospital standards and regulations.
