Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.Position Title: Specialist, Data Enablement (DXP)Reports To: Manager, DXP OperationsFlsa Status: ExemptThe Specialist, Data Enablement will support the Manager, DXP Operations, on Inspire Brands’ Digital Experience Performance team, and will contribute to defining and overseeing implementation of tagging needs for Inspire Brands’ owned digital channel data. This role will serve as generalist support for Inspire’s SME (Manager, DXP Ops) for digital user experience tagging and operationalizing performance measurement capabilities on the ecommerce websites and apps, enabling the DXP team to deliver actionable insights for experimentation and optimization recommendations.To assist with delivering on our aggressive multi-year roadmap and priorities, you will partner closely with other Digital Experience Performance team members, as well as our Media, Engineering, and Product Management teams to deliver best in class tagging taxonomy and implementation across our e-commerce web and app platforms. A successful candidate will have detailed knowledge of web and app tagging requirements, implementation techniques, and strong partnership with Product Management team members.Responsibilities:- Supporting implementation of digital tagging for data capture to track digital marketing efforts to determine product and campaign effectiveness - Assist with development and modification of JavaScript code to execute web analytics best practices - Validate and debug implementations using GTM debugger or Firebase Debugger - UAT implementation of new pixels to ensure they are working properly and work with requesting agencies to ensure pixels are firing - Document and measure management platform to keep track of filters, configurations, integrations, and properties - Assist with development of governance processes for tag manager including but not limited to tag approvals, audits, and releases - Regularly audit the channel tags, validate and debug tags, and remove outdated tags - Collaborate with other DXP team members, agencies, and product management partners to ensure tagging implementation acceptance criteria were met so that performance data is available - Proactive in seeking new & innovative solutions for implementing code to capture the desired metrics and solve business problems - Diagnose issues with existing platform configurations and tags, and provide recommendations for improvement - Identify when IT involvement is necessary for tag/pixel implementation outside of scope for Tag Manager and solution with ProductExperience & Education Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years of web/app tag management or related role in an in-house or agency environment, with a proven track record of meeting data enablement needs for business partnersRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Ability to develop within Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch Tag Management Software or similar Tag Management suite - Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics Marketing Platform (GMP) with focus on Google Analytics 360 and GA4 solution design - Ability to work with Data Layer Objects, Event Driven Data Layers, JavaScript, JSON and jQuery a plus - Demonstrated experience leveraging analytics reporting systems for Adobe, Google and SQL to resolve data conflicts and inconsistencies - Must understand the tagging processes in the digital, social, and interactive world, with experience creating digital media and web analytics performance optimization strategies - Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment on complex and varied assignments across multiple stakeholders - Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment, with excellent communication and collaboration skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with leadership, peers, staff, and vendors, and strong attention to detail
