Position: Business Analyst – Lending (Banking Domain)Experience: 5+ YearsLocation: MumbaiCompany: AQM Technologies Pvt. Ltd.Education:- BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent qualification.About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Loans domain, particularly in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS). The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of retail and corporate lending processes, business requirements gathering, and end-to-end functional testing within the banking ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:- Interact with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and process flow documents for lending systems (LOS/LMS). - Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented. - Support UAT and assist in validation of business processes and functionalities. - Identify process gaps and propose effective solutions or system enhancements. - Perform data and functional analysis for lending-related modules (retail/corporate). - Ensure compliance with banking standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.Required Skills & Experience:- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking domain. - Strong knowledge of Loan Origination and Loan Management systems. - Good understanding of lending lifecycle – application, sanction, disbursement, servicing, and closure. - Experience in preparing requirement documentation and managing UAT cycles. - Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with core banking or digital lending platforms will be an added advantage.
