We are seeking a detail-orientedSalesforce QA Engineerto ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in testing Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and third-party applications, while adhering to best practices and quality standards.Key Responsibilities Develop and executetest plans, test cases, and test scriptsfor Salesforce applications and integrations. Performfunctional, regression, and integration testingacross Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.). Validatecustom objects, workflows, triggers, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables. Identify, document, and trackdefectsusing appropriate tools (e.G., Jira, Azure DevOps). Ensure compliance withSalesforce best practicesand organizational standards. Participate inUAT (User Acceptance Testing)and provide support during deployment. Continuously improve QA processes and contribute toautomation strategywhere applicable. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 5+ Years of experience and2+ years of experiencein Salesforce QA or similar role. Strong knowledge ofSalesforce platform, including configuration and customization. Experience withtesting tools(e.G., Selenium, Provar, TestNG) anddefect tracking systems. Familiarity withAPI testinganddata validationin Salesforce. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications SalesforceAdministrator or QA certification. Experience withautomation frameworksfor Salesforce testing. Knowledge ofAgile/Scrum methodologies.
