Job Title:Salesforce QA Experience:3 Years Work Hours:6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST (US Business Hours) Location:Remote (Work From Home) Employment Type:Full-time Compensation:Up to ₹7 Lakhs per AnnumRole Description: We are seeking a skilledSalesforce QA Engineerwith strong communication skills and hands-on experience in testing Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should be able to effectively communicate with US-based clients, understand requirements, and create detailedtest casesandtest scenariosto ensure high-quality Salesforce implementations. You will work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to validate functionality, identify defects, and support smooth project delivery.Key Responsibilities: Communicate effectively withUS-based clientsto understand requirements and clarify testing needs. Analyze business and functional requirements to design and documenttest cases ,test scenarios , andtest data . Performmanual testingof Salesforce applications — including UI, functional, regression, and integration testing. ValidateSalesforce configurations ,customizations , andworkflowsagainst requirements. Executetest cyclesacross different environments (sandbox, UAT, production). Identify, log, and track defects using tools likeJiraorAzure DevOps . Work closely with developers to reproduce and verify defect fixes. Participate inAgile ceremoniesincluding sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups. SupportUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)and assist business users in validation.Required Skills: 3+ years of QA experience , including at least1+ year of Salesforce testing(Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud). Strong understanding ofSalesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and integrations . Proven ability tocreate detailed test cases, test scenarios, and traceability matrices . Experience withAgile/Scrum methodologiesand sprint-based delivery. Excellentverbal and written communicationskills — able to interact confidently with US clients. Familiarity withJira ,TestRail , or similar test management tools. Basic knowledge ofSOQL ,Salesforce Data Loader , andsandbox testing environments .
