Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Retail Sales Admin to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Retail Sales Team by leveraging data analysis and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency and performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing cutting-edge tools and technologies to track sales, manage inventory, optimize resource planning, and ensure smooth execution of processes. Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis:

- Gather and analyze sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

- Generate actionable insights to enhance retail sales team performance and overall operational efficiency.

- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track sales targets and team performance.

Tech Implementation and Resource Planning:

- Evaluate and implement tools and software commonly used by top FMCG companies to track daily and weekly sales performance, resource utilization, and inventory management.

- Develop best practices for monitoring and optimizing sales processes using technology.

- Provide regular updates and recommendations to the management team based on data insights.

Inventory Management and Projections:

- Develop and maintain an inventory tracking system to ensure accurate stock levels across retail and Super Stockist channels.

- Coordinate with the sales team to gather sales projections and align inventory requirements accordingly.

- Analyze historical sales data to forecast future inventory needs and reduce stockouts or overstocking.

- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely replenishment of stock and minimize delays in delivery.

Merchandise Sourcing and Distribution:

- Source promotional materials such as demo tables, shelf strips, danglers, posters, business cards, brochures, and order books.

- Manage and dispatch these items to respective Super Stockists efficiently.

Logistics Follow-Up:

- Maintain continuous communication with the logistics team to monitor and expedite stock movements effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales administration, operations support, or data analysis.

- Strong analytical thinking with expertise in data analysis, KPI reporting, and inventory management.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Shopify, and other sales/analytics tools.

- Familiarity with tech solutions and resource planning systems used by leading FMCG companies.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

- Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
