Job Description:

WarpDrive Tech Works is looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships to join our team as an Alliance Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with organizations in accordance with the company's objective, goals and strategies.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions.

- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.

- Own the revenue target for partnership, build pipeline, and execute partner marketing and enablement activities.

- Value-creating negotiations and trust building, operational planning, structuring and governance, launch and management.

- Experience working with multiple Sales teams driving and building the partner ecosystem.

- Ability to think strategically and develop compelling plans for new partner initiatives.

- Drive and execute the go-to-market strategies with specific focus on growing the co-sell and sourced revenue.

- Build strong and deep relationships with the key stakeholders.

Key Requirements include:

- Sound business acumen skills; thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

- Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills.

- Highly motivated and independent contributor.

- High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business.

- Business or Engineering Bachelor's degree.

- Comfortable working with multiple internal teams, from individual contributors to senior executives, as well as building/maintaining executive-level relationships with clients, partners, etc.

- You have prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
