Job Title: Recruiter

6 Months Contract

Experience : 1- 4 Years

Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sourcing and attracting top talent, and will have a proven track record of success in full-cycle recruitment. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Screening:Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networking platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
  • Interviewing and Selection:Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide feedback to hiring managers on candidate assessments.
  • Make hiring recommendations and extend offers to selected candidates.
  • Onboarding and Integration:Coordinate with HR and IT teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and provide necessary information to new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Employer Branding:Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.
  • Promote the company's culture and values to attract top talent.
  • Compliance:Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
