- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, tools, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
- Partner with Agencies & Influencers to create synergistic campaigns that expand Mobikwik's reach and influence.
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns that support marketing objectives, brand awareness, user acquisition, and customer Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 7- 10 years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Prior experience working in Fintech, Edtech, Foodtech, E-commerce, New Age or media industries is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), tools, and trends.
- Proven ability to design and execute high-impact social media campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong leadership and team management experience with the ability to inspire and lead a team of social media professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of social media analytics, monitoring tools, and reporting platforms.
