Role Overview
We are seeking a Regional Head to own and expand employment partnerships for students within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new employer partners, growing relationships with existing partners, and driving repeat business. You will also lead a team of junior account managers, ensuring seamless execution of hiring and internship placements. This is a high-impact role requiring strong networking, relationship management, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Acquisition & Account Management
a. Identify and onboard new healthcare providers and organizations for student employment and internship opportunities.
b. Develop deep relationships with key employers to ensure consistent hiring pipelines for Virohan graduates.
c. Drive repeat business and expansion of hiring volume from existing partners.
d. Conduct regular meetings, engagement activities, and feedback sessions with employer partners.
Team Leadership & Execution
a. Manage a team of junior account managers responsible for handling smaller employer accounts in the region.
b. Ensure smooth execution of student placements by coordinating with internal teams, employers, and students.
c. Provide training, mentorship, and strategic direction to the team.
Data & Operations
a. Track key hiring metrics, employer satisfaction scores, and placement success rates.
b. Use data insights to improve employer engagement strategies and optimize hiring conversion rates.
c. Work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance recruitment processes, resolve bottlenecks, and improve efficiency.
Networking & Industry Engagement
a. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build new connections in the healthcare sector.
b. Represent Virohan as a thought leader in healthcare education and workforce development.
c. Leverage relationships to develop strategic hiring partnerships and long-term & Skills
- 4+ years of experience in B2B account management, corporate partnerships, or recruitment business development.
- Strong track record in relationship building, stakeholder management, and business expansion.
- Excellent networking skills with a deep understanding of healthcare recruitment or edtech employment models.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in using CRM tools, Excel, or data analytics to track performance.
- Strong leadership experience in managing teams and driving performance at a regional level.
- Prior experience in staffing, corporate relations, inside sales, or recruitment partnerships is preferred.
