Mode of Working : Hybrid Mode 3 days from office and 2 days from HomeResponsibilities :Summary : Developing and executing test plans to ensure the SAP system meets the business requirements.User Training and Support : Training end-users and providing ongoing support to resolve issues. Data Migration : Managing the migration of data from legacy systems to SAPResponsibilities :- Analyze legacy data structures, define source-to-target mappings, assess business requirements, and create mapping rules for SAP Data Objects- Collaborate with the business teams to gather requirements, to drive data cleansing and data enrichment activities- Develop robust and reusable programs with SAP Data Services (BODS), Migration Cockpit, and LSMW- Good functional knowledge in any SAP modules like MM, SD, PP, FICO- Participate in planning the data migration cycles, considering data object dependencies, ensuring adequate test scenarios, and supporting the creation of corresponding cutover plans- Oversee data migration execution, implement performance optimizations, conduct root cause analysis, perform post-load evaluations, and generate reports- Develop technical specifications, prepare data mapping documents, create application manuals, and training materialsEducation and Experience :- Degree in an IT-related discipline, e.g., Information Technology, Informatics, Business, or equivalent- 5+ years of relevant experience with SAP data migration projects, ideally S/4 HANA, using professional ETL-Tools such as BODS, LTMC, SAP Fiori apps, LSMW- Advanced knowledge of SAP Migration Object Modeler and the design of custom migration objects- Good understanding of SAP data structures and business processes, in Sales, Logistics/Production, and/or Finance/Controlling- Advanced SQL and SQL Script knowledge, and at least basic programming experience in ABAP and debugging- Experience in SAP Data migration implementation for master and transactional data from legacy ERP systems into SAP S/4 HANA- Basic experience in ABAP coding and debugging is beneficial.Competencies :- Organizational Skills : Efficiently leading tasks, timelines, and resources.- Communication : Clear communication, active listening, and collaboration.Behavioral Characteristics :- Dedication : Staying committed to project goals despite challenges.Optional : Key Performance Indicators :- Timely delivery on the execution of Processes and proceduresMandatory Skills :- Experience in SAP Data Services(BODS)- Experience in S4 Data Migration- Experience in LTMC- Experience with LSMWInterview process :- 2 rounds - Virtual interview and 1 round Face to FaceAny other Criteria :- Notice Period : Below 60 Days or 90 Days- Experience : 5 years- Qualification : B.Tech/M.Tech- We dont consider candidates who have changed multiple companies.- Without mandatory skills experience, the candidate profiles will not be considered- We want a candidate from Bangalore/Karnataka; we can look for a candidate from Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala.
