Key Responsibilities :- Lead end-to-end SAP data migration activities, including planning, tracking, consulting, and cutover execution.- Gather and validate migration requirements, define rules, and create mapping across modules like FI, MM, WM, IM, PP, NTP-PP, PM, and Procurement.- Design and coordinate migration strategies, manage dependencies, and provide release and deployment support.- Act as a primary client-facing consultant, ensuring alignment with business requirements and timelines.- Guide and mentor junior team members, promoting best practices and servant leadership.- Contribute to strategic initiatives including tool evaluation, automation opportunities, and process improvements for migration activities.- Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to ensure quality and efficiency in project delivery.Technical Skills :Mandatory :- Expertise in S/4HANA Migration Cockpit with at least 2 successful rollout projects.- Strong ABAP programming skills, including debugging and performance optimization.- Deep knowledge of SAP business objects, dependencies, and solution design.- Proficiency in SAP FI, MM, WM, IM, PP, NTP-PP, PM, and Procurement processes.- Experience with SAP Data Services or similar ETL tools.- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and SAP migration best practices.Preferred :- Exposure to SNP Crystal or other migration automation tools.- Experience with S/4 Public Cloud migrations.- Familiarity with automation scripting or RPA for migration optimization.- Knowledge of Solution Manager and Change Management processes.Soft Skills & Competencies :- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams.- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
