The role involves managing recruitment, employee engagement, and basic policy development. It’s a fit for someone who can balance people-focused responsibilities with structured processes and documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and mid-level roles.Develop job descriptions, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate pipelines.Work with department heads to forecast hiring needs.Handle onboarding, documentation, and induction programmes.Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee records.Manage exit processes, including interviews and knowledge handovers.Plan and execute engagement activities, training sessions, and internal events.Address employee queries and contribute to a positive work culture.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in HR operations, talent management, or generalist roles.Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple tasks.Location: Mumbai
