The Opportunity

We are seeking a Team Lead – Telesales (Pharmacists) to manage, inspire, and grow a high-performing team of 60+ telesales executives. This is not just about managing operations, it's about building a culture of performance, ownership, and customer-first thinking.

You will be the engine room leader, ensuring that targets are achieved, processes run smoothly, and every team member is motivated to deliver their best. Think of yourself as the captain of a fast-paced sales floor where strategy meets execution daily.

What You'll Do

Team Leadership & Ownership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 60+ telesales pharmacists.
  • Be the go-to person for escalations, problem-solving, and on-floor decision-making.
  • Create an environment where targets are smashed, not just met.

Performance & Quality Management

  • Drive sales outcomes while ensuring top-notch call quality.
  • Partner with the Quality team to monitor metrics, coach underperformers, and recognize top achievers.
  • Use data-driven insights to design performance improvement strategies.

Roster & Resource Planning

  • Own attendance, rosters, and workforce planning to ensure zero disruption in daily operations.
  • Anticipate challenges by analysing data and plan backups to maintain seamless order flow.

Process Excellence & Order Fulfilment

  • Ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness in order processing.
  • Continuously identify bottlenecks and implement smarter, faster ways of working.

Training & People Development

  • Run regular training sessions to sharpen sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Spot high-potential performers and groom them into future team leaders.

Culture & Professionalism

  • Uphold discipline, professionalism, and company values on the floor.
  • Build a culture of respect, collaboration, and performance-driven fun.

Who We're Looking For

  • Education: Graduate (Engineering or related field/ Business schools preferred).
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in telesales / inside sales / call centre sales, with exposure to team handling.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead large groups, inspire performance, and make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and a knack for problem-solving.
