About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with at least 10 years of professional experience in software engineering, including 3+ years of strong hands-on expertise in React. The ideal candidate is an innovative problem solver with a passion for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

This role demands proficiency in both backend (Java) and frontend (React) development, with additional exposure to AWS, CI/CD practices, and Python. The candidate should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Development

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using Java (backend) and React (frontend).

- Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices and design patterns.

- Collaborate with architects and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Frontend Engineering (React) :

- Build dynamic and responsive UI components with React.js, React Hooks, and state management libraries.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and responsive design principles.

- Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure high-quality user experiences.

Backend Engineering (Java) :

- Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and middleware using Java and related frameworks (Spring Boot preferred).

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Integrate APIs and third-party services as required.

Cloud & DevOps (AWS & CI/CD) :

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).

- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery.

- Ensure infrastructure is secure, resilient, and Skills (Python) :

- Develop automation scripts, backend services, or utility tools in Python as needed.

Collaboration & Leadership :

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical reviews, design discussions, and architecture planning.

- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality, timely releases.

- Contribute to the organizations technical best practices and innovation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Experience : Minimum 10 years in full-stack development roles.

Frontend :

1. 3+ years of proven hands-on experience in React.js (Hooks, Redux/Context API, functional components).

2. Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

Backend :

1. Strong expertise in Java (Spring/Spring Boot frameworks preferred).

2. Experience building scalable REST APIs and microservices architectures.

- Cloud : Hands-on experience with AWS services for cloud-native applications.

- DevOps : Proficiency in setting up and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).

- Secondary : Good exposure to Python for automation or backend utilities.

- Database : Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and familiarity with NoSQL Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Experience with version control (Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway).

- Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, Cypress, Selenium).
