Job Summary

Bluphlux is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer with 4 years of experience to join our innovative team. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge recruitment platform that leverages Language Models (LLMs) to transform the hiring process. You will work closely with our team to ensure the platform is efficient, scalable, and user-friendly, helping us deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain web applications using modern full stack technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Required Qualifications
  • 4 years of experience in full stack development.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with back-end technologies such as , Python, or Java.
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL or NoSQL databases.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
