Our mission is to solve multi-dimensional information asymmetry in fragmented supply chains by leveraging engineering, data analytics, and technology. Our work involves defining and optimizing our match making algorithm that assists buyers with broadening their brand portfolio with trustworthy-nimble manufacturers while finding multiple working capital solutions. Simultaneously, it helps manufacturers widen market reach with steady Direct-To-Consumer (D2C) business volumes. We assume active trade positions within the supply chain, through an inventory-based business model, to facilitate transactions between the buyer and the seller.


Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Human Resources at our Gurgaon office. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR including HR policies, employee relations, HR management, and labor and employment law compliance. The Head of Human Resources will be required to develop HR strategy for the organization, manage the HR budget, and implement recruitment and retention strategies. Daily tasks will include the development and implementation of HR policies, performance management, talent management, and coaching and counseling employees on HR matters.


Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in Human Resources (HR) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior HR role
  • Expertise in HR management and labor and employment law compliance
  • Experience in developing HR policies and procedures
  • Experience in managing employee relations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or technology company is preferred
  • Experience in the Infrastructure or Construction industry a plus
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required
