Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources (HR) to join our team in Gurgaon. The Head of HR will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR strategy, driving talent management initiatives, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership on all HR matters, including organizational development, workforce planning, and change management.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Implement effective talent management strategies, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.

Employee Engagement and Development:

  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure alignment with industry standards and company policies.

HR Operations and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee HR operations, including payroll, employee records, and HRIS systems.

Culture and Employee Relations:

  • Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Address employee grievances and foster positive employee relations.


Desired Profile:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role. Experience in the financial services or investment advisory sector is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong strategic planning, talent management, and leadership skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attributes: Results-oriented, with a proactive and hands-on approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
