Make a difference every dayJob Description Key Responsibilities / Duties : Perform hands-on coaching, in the context of teams and groups of teams: advise managers on how to organize, mobilize, and launch teams, influence process execution by guiding product owners, and facilitate events (as example for teams or scrum masters), and drive relentless improvement of process in support of teams' efforts to work in a sustainable and smarter wayIdentify patterns of howteamswork together: positive patterns for reinforcement and negative patterns for improvement opportunitiesLead workshops and training sessionsto educate key individuals and teams onthe pragmatics of lean-agile and how to develop lasting agile capabilitiesMentor and pair with change agents, stakeholders, and program manager on becoming true Lean-Agile champion a developing lasting agile capabilityMaintain the integrity of the end state vision across a diverse group ofteamsPromote continuous planning towardsdelivering a program or productroadmapEstablish Agile best practices in conjunction with technical coach best practices advocated by the technical coachesCollaboratewithother Agilecoaches​​ Work Experience / Knowledge: Agile Certified Professional certifications are preferred:SAFeProgram Consultant (SPC),Scrum@ScalePractioner, CertifiedLeSSPractioner(LeSS),Certified Team Coach (CTC)Minimum of 2years of demonstrable, continuous Agile coaching experience at theprogram/value streamlevelMinimum of 5years of practical Agile experienceExperience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and/or other popular Agile practices and scaling framework is helpful (e.g.,LeSS, DAD, Nexus), and their foundational elements (e.g., Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Extreme Programming)​​ Specialized Skills: A strong focus on success and the people required to achieve that successA charismatic, influential, and persuasive presenceHigh emotional intelligenceHigh stress tolerance, unflappableDriven by continuous learning ability to work in a dynamic agile environmentExcellent verbal and written communicationFormal Education: A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or universityWorking Conditions: Normal office environment with little exposure to noise,dust,and temperatures.The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move objects of up to 10 pounds is also necessary.Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or assignment.Hours may include evenings and/or weekends and may include 24 hour a day on call support by pager and/or cell phone.Full Time / Part Time Full time Worker Type Employee Job Exempt (Yes / No) YesWorkplace Model At Invesco, our workplace model supports our culture and meets the needs of our clients while providing flexibility our employees value.
