Job Description:


- As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our social media presence across various platforms.

- The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, adept at developing engaging content, and have a strong understanding of social media marketing strategies.

- With over 3 years of experience, you will leverage your expertise in social media management, Google and Facebook ads, Canva, and proficiency in both English and Hindi to drive organic growth and engagement.

- Additionally, your knowledge of LinkedIn, influencer marketing, and viral marketing will be essential in executing innovative campaigns that captivate our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates across various platforms.

- Create compelling and creative content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that resonate with our target audience.

- Manage social media accounts, including daily posting, monitoring, and responding to comments/messages.

- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook, optimizing ad performance and targeting to maximize ROI.

- Utilize Canva and other design tools to create visually appealing and shareable content that aligns with brand guidelines.

- Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi to engage with diverse audiences and expand our reach.

- Leverage LinkedIn for business networking, lead generation, and content distribution to key stakeholders.

- Collaborate with influencers and industry experts to amplify our brand message and reach new audiences.

- Develop and execute viral marketing campaigns that drive organic growth and increase brand visibility.

- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to drive continuous improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, influencer marketing, and viral marketing.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on content creation, community management, and paid advertising.

- Proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and optimization.

- Strong graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools, with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.

- Creative thinker and solution seeker, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Experience in creating social media content calendars and executing organic growth strategies.

- Demonstrated expertise in LinkedIn, influencer marketing, and viral marketing.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media analytics to drive strategic decision making.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
