JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role will be to support Body-in-White design and development and installation activities in an automotive industry.

  • Lead and supervise on-site installation teams, including internal staff and subcontractors. (BIW JIGS, FIXTURES, ROBOT LINE, CONVEYOR & WELDING)
  • Coordinate pre-installation site assessments and readiness with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop installation plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure all equipment is installed according to manufacturer specifications, engineering drawings, and safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during installation and commissioning.
  • Provide on-site leadership, including scheduling, task assignment, and quality assurance.
  • Conduct final system checks and support equipment testing and validation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including installation reports, safety checklists, and punch lists. EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION LEADER 3 ~6 years
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal departments (engineering, project management, etc.).
  • Train end-users or client maintenance teams on basic equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Proven experience leading on-site teams and managing installation projects.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
