**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation & Setup**:

- Install CCTV cameras and associated equipment (DVRs, NVRs, monitors, cables).
- Perform initial setup and configuration of CCTV systems, ensuring proper alignment, focus, and connectivity.
- Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and prepare installation plans.
- **Maintenance & Repair**:

- Perform routine maintenance and checks on installed systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment, including cameras, cables, and recording devices.
- Upgrade and update systems as required, including firmware updates and hardware replacements.
- **Customer Support**:

- Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation and features of their CCTV systems.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Document service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure all installations comply with relevant standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Follow company procedures and protocols for health and safety during installations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 12th Pass, ITI, Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-5 years) in installing and maintaining CCTV systems.
- Strong understanding of CCTV system components, including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, cables, and networking.
- Proficient in using tools and equipment related to CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to various sites and work flexible hours if needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in CCTV installation or related fields.
- Experience with IP-based CCTV systems and network configuration.
- Knowledge of other security systems (e.g., access control, alarms).
