- Are you passionate about crafting comprehensive rewards strategies that attract and retain top talent?
- We're seeking a skilled Total Rewards Manager to join our dynamic HR team in Bangalore Join us in shaping Total Rewards (TR) strategies, Performance enablement, designing fixed and variable (STI, LTI & ESOPs), Benefits, and HR Policies.
- Your expertise will drive Rewards Analytics, C&B Benchmarking, and Annual Rewards Process.
- Plus, actively contribute to projects like Compensation Harmonization and HR Budgeting.
Role: Total Rewards Specialist
Experience: 5 - 10 years
Function: Human Design, implement, and administer Compensation & Benefit programs, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on incentive/benefit initiatives.
- Conduct External Benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness and legal compliance.
Functional Competencies:
- MBA in Human Resources (Tier I/II B-school preferred).
- Certification in Total Rewards (an advantage).
- High numerical ability and proficiency in statistical measures.
- Knowledge of Equity plans, C&B benchmarking.
