The role involvesvendor coordination, material planning, and cross-functional collaborationto ensure order execution, material freshness, and on-time delivery.Key Responsibilities: •Plan and schedule RM/PM ordersand deliveries • Coordinate RM/PM supply andexport order execution • Ensure complete order visibility and proactively escalate supply risks • Manage procurement-related SAP operations • Liaise with Operations, QC, and Stores for dispatches and material availability • Ensure RM freshness and compliance with shelf-life norms • Partner with Strategic Sourcing for source changes and new developments • Support NPD launches and procurement of RM/PM for new products • Collaborate with Brand and NPD teams on formulation and packaging changesRequired Skills & Knowledge: • Experience inprocurement and planning processes • Must have experience inexport order execution • Hands-on experience with SAP and advanced MS Excel • Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills • Analytical mindset with attention to accuracy and timelinesEducation: • Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred) Experience: • 3-7 years of experience in Procurement Planning • FMCG/Chemicals industry experience preferred
