- Completes phases of broader software development projects

- Debugs and corrects application issues

- Acquires and applies disciplinary knowledge

- Tests, debugs, alters code plans, designs, and analyzes user requirements for development

- Recommends technical design and procedures

- Applies working knowledge within disciplinary area

- Software engineering methodologies

- Basic system requirement identification and documentation analysis

- Troubleshooting and diagnostic tools

- Experience with developing Visual Force pages that use standard and custom controllers

- Experience with creating and managing custom objects

- Strong communication skills
