We're looking for a dynamic and seasoned Program Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for Program, Portfolio, and Delivery Management.


Key Responsibilities:


1.Program Management:

Lead the planning, execution, and closure of large-scale programs involving multiple projects.

Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management.

Streamline Operations & manage initiatives for an organizational goal.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

2.Delivery Management:

Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Coordinate project activities, including task assignments, progress tracking, and milestone reviews.

Lead change initiatives, ensuring the parameters are equally communicated and implemented.

Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure resolution.

Monitor project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.

Ensure quality standards are met through effective project governance and quality assurance processes.

3. Leadership and Team Management:


Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Coach and mentor program team members, empowering them to achieve their full potential.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting best practices and lessons learned.

Resolve conflicts and facilitate decision-making to keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in program and project management, with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
  • PMP, PgMP, ServiceNow or other relevant certifications preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
