Job Description


Application Support Management :

  •  Oversee the day-to-day support of retail applications, including Product Life Management Cycle(PLM), inventory management systems
  •  Monitor application performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and user experience.
  • Incident and Problem Management:
  •  Manage and resolve critical incidents and application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to retail operations.
  •  Root cause analysis of Major incidents with corrective action plan Third-Party Integrations:
  •  Integrate WMS, PLM and other Applications with various third-party applications and services, Wondesoft POS.
  •  Ensure all integrations are secure, efficient, and provide a seamless user experience.
  • Project Management:
  •  End to End Projects Delivery of Business Applications
  •  Act as a liaison between IT, retail operations, and external vendors to coordinate support activities and address application-related concerns.
  •  Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on incident status, project progress, and system changes.


Vendor Management:

  •  Manage relationships with application vendors and service providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and addressing any performance issues.
  •  Evaluate and recommend third-party tools and solutions to improve application support and performance.
  •  Ensure vendors meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Technical Hygiene:
  •  Maintain high standards of technical hygiene, ensuring regular updates, backups, and security measures are in place.


Role Requirement:

  • 1. Proven experience in WMS & PLM Business Applications.
  • 2. Extensive experience in retail applications, including Product Life Management Cycle (PLM), inventory management systems
  • 3. Strong background in integrating Core Applications with third-party applications
  • 4. Deep understanding of Application Life Cycle and Business Processes.
  • 5. Experience in the retail or D2C industry.
  • 6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • 7. Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • 8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 9. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors
