Description:QX Global Group is recognized as a Great Place to Work and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.We are committed to innovation and continuous improvement, driving us towards operational excellence and market leadership.Job Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Change/Project Manager with strong expertise in managing organizational change and project delivery.The role involves leading end-to-end planning, execution, and adoption of change initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.This position requires close collaboration with stakeholders, risk management, and driving compliance and operational excellence.Key Ownership & Delivery:- Independently manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.- Ensure all projects adhere to compliance requirements and organizational standards.Stakeholder Engagement:- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives and timelines.- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions to drive project success.Vendor Management:- Oversee RFP/RFI processes for vendor selection and coordinate with onboarding.- Manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and ensure contractual compliance.Governance & Reporting:- Develop and maintain project dashboards, financial reports, and governance documentation.- Present project updates to senior leadership and escalate risks/issues promptly.Team Leadership & Development:- Lead and mentor a team of Project Analysts, ensuring effective allocation of tasks and professional growth.- Provide guidance on project governance, compliance, and best practices.Risk & Compliance Management:- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, especially for insurance clients in US and UK markets.Must have:- Proven experience in managing projects within the US/UK insurance sector.- MS Office Proficiency (Presentations & Excel).- Exposure to preparation of executive decks like weekly, MBR & QBR.- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.- Ability to manage multi-functional teams and deliver projects on time and budget.- Proficiency in project management tools Degree in business, Finance, or related field (Masters preferred).- Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.- Minimum 10 - 13 years of experience in project management roles, preferably in insurance or financial services.What We Offer:- Joining QX Global Group means becoming part of a creative team where you can personally grow and contribute to our collective goals.- We offer competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive environment that values work-life balance.Work Model:Location: Noida.Model: Hybrid.Shift Timings: 12:30PM IST - 10:00 PM IST/1:30 PM IST - 11:00 PM IST.
