  • Plan and achieve marketing goals including profitability and sales targets for the existing brands/ portfolio on a monthly basis through regular monitoring of the market trends, planning the short and long terms strategies and driving initiatives to support the plan.
  • Development of strategic plans and operational marketing plan for to provide a scientific, medical and commercial basis.
  • Project Management: Identify and drive critical project that generate exponential growths
  • Ensure program implementation for existing brands and monitor implementation within the allocated budget.
  • Development of consumer activation strategy and driving execution through social media.
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
  • Drive product launches
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
  • Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services and help the sales team in promotion of the product.
  • Product management, Content development, literature, campaign input development
  • New product development and launch processes
  • Training and developments for sales team
  • Social media marketing, Creating content, strategy and execution
  • Discussion and lead generation with ecommerce platforms for new business opportunities


Requirements / Preferred candidate profile:


  • Proven work experience in product management, with minimum relevant experience of 2+ years in product management.
  • Education: BSc/ B. Pharm and MBA in Marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job done
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ready for travelling in a month for 10-12 days in a month.
