About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled Delivery Manager with a strong understanding of the affiliate and mobile marketing ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mobile attribution platforms like AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust, and Firebase. You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing mobile and web campaigns across various delivery models, such as CPI, CPR, CPE, CPA, CPS, and CPL.

You’ll focus on ensuring campaign success while maximizing ROI, leading a team of performance marketers, and building strong relationships with affiliate publishers and networks.


Objectives:
  • Manage and optimize campaign deliveries to meet business objectives with a focus on ROI.
  • Evaluate KPIs for all marketing channels and tweak strategies to enhance effectiveness.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of performance marketers.
  • Develop campaigns leveraging a wide network of publishers across diverse verticals, including RMG, e-commerce, Fintech, EdTech, and more.
  • Own weekly reporting, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
  • Oversee mobile and web campaign execution across CPI, CPR, CPE, CPA, CPS, CPL, and other models.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery operations, ensuring campaigns meet performance KPIs.
  • Execute campaign setups, including S2S integrations, GAID, IDFA, and Macros, while monitoring delivery.
Affiliate & Partner Management
  • Build and manage relationships with affiliate publishers, networks, and strategic partners.
  • Negotiate terms with new and existing publishers to maximize delivery and margins.
  • Identify and acquire potential partners, ensuring long-term collaborations.
  • Handle publisher engagement and retention, focusing on sustained quality traffic.
Optimization & Fraud Detection
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.
  • Use fraud detection tools like Protect 360, mFilter, and others to mitigate risks.
  • Address all forms of mobile ad fraud with in-depth knowledge of detection mechanisms.
Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a team to conceptualize, develop, and test campaigns for better performance.
  • Collaborate across teams, including media planning, creative, and ad operations, to streamline delivery.
  • Train the team on integrating and implementing mobile publishing tools and best practices.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Track campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Present weekly updates on KPIs, revenue generation, and growth opportunities.
  • Identify upselling opportunities by expanding campaign scope or introducing new services.


Requirements:
  • Experience:
  • 2+ years in performance marketing, affiliate delivery, or mobile ads publishing/operations.
  • Previous experience (1–2 years) in network or affiliate management, preferably on the publisher side.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency with DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, and analytics tools like Google Campaign Manager, DV360, and The Trade Desk.
  • Knowledge of mobile attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust, Firebase) and fraud detection tools (Protect 360, mFilter).
  • Leadership Skills:
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a knack for strategic alliances and business development.
  • Other Skills:
  • In-depth understanding of the mobile ecosystem, KPIs, and campaign lifecycle.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
