Curefit is looking for a Growth Analyst who can optimize the performance of our products business. The candidate should be able to analyze customer behavior, marketing trends, and website metrics to provide actionable insights that will drive overall growth of the business.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Analyze KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, MRR, and average order value (AOV) to understand campaign performance
  • Segment customers based on behavior, demographics, and purchase patterns to aid performance marketing & CRM strategies. Look at repeat behavior to identify segments for the marketing teams to optimize campaigns on.
  • Create dashboards for tracking of placed, shipped & net campaign level-ROAS.
  • User analytics: User level funnels, merchandising, growth initiatives analysis
  • Pricing analysis: daily analysis of pricing / elasticity etc.
  • Experimentation: Run and analyse A/Bs on growth experiments
  • Daily reporting and maintenance of all traffic, user funnels and overall P&L


Skills & Qualification Requirement

  • 1-3 years of work experience in ecommerce analytics, performance marketing analytics, or a similar role
  • Experience in working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or a similar tool
  • Basic understanding of meta and Google ads will be an added plus
