About the Role We are seeking an experienced Shopify Developer to build, customize, and optimize Shopify stores. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Shopify Liquid, frontend technologies, and eCommerce best practices, with the ability to deliver seamless, high-performance online shopping experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Implement new features, sections, and templates based on brand requirements Integrate third-party apps and create custom Shopify apps when needed Optimize store performance, speed, SEO, and conversions Troubleshoot and fix theme, UI, and functionality issues Collaborate with designers and marketers to bring concepts to life Implement responsive designs across devices Maintain code quality, documentation, and version control Stay updated with Shopify releases, updates, and industry best practices Requirements Proven experience as a Shopify Developer Strong knowledge of Shopify Liquid, theme customization, and Shopify APIs Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery Experience with Shopify apps, integrations, and payment gateways Familiarity with Git or other version control tools Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Understanding of eCommerce flows and UI/UX principles Preferred Skills: Experience with Shopify Plus Knowledge of React/Vue (for headless Shopify setups) Experience with theme builders (PageFly, Shogun, GemPages) Basic knowledge of SEO for eCommerce Ability to work with Figma/Adobe XD for design implementation
