TheSenior Manager – SAP Solution Architectwill lead SAP transformation programs for industrial clients. The role focuses onmanufacturing, operations, and supply chain optimization , designingscalable SAP solutionsaligned with business and digital strategies. The person will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support cloud migrations, ensure adherence to standards, and mentor consultants.Key Roles and Responsibilities Architect and implement SAP solutions acrossPP, PM, MM, and EHSmodules. LeadSAP-to-cloud migrationand hybrid deployment strategies. Work with business and technical teams to definesolution roadmaps . Ensure compliance withSAP coding, integration, and security standards . Mentor SAP consultants and contribute todelivery excellence . Drive continuous improvement and support process optimization initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.Job Specification 1. Qualifications Essential: Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/BE) in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 14 years of total experience, including 5+ years in SAP architecture. Desirable: MBA or Postgraduate degree. SAP certifications in relevant modules.2. Experience Proven experience withSAP S/4HANAandECCimplementations. Strong expertise inSAP PP/PMmodules. Hands-on experience withSAP Integration tools(PI/PO, CPI). Exposure toSAP BTP ,SAP Analytics Cloud , andEHSmodules preferred. Experience withcloud platformslikeAzure/AWS . Industrial/manufacturing domain experience is highly desirable.3. Skills and Competencies Technical Skills: SAP architecture and solution design SAP PP, PM, MM, EHS modules Integration tools (PI/PO, CPI) and BTP platform Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial operationsProfessional Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong leadership and mentoring abilities Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration Problem-solving and analytical skills4. Other Details Location:Bangalore / Gurgaon / Mumbai Travel:Occasional travel may be required. Domain Preference:Industrial/manufacturing sector.
